Colorful Connections Social Media Templates

Colorful Connections is an opportunity for members of the Inter-Society Color Council (ISCC) to gather informally for socializing, networking, and learning. For this online version of coffee breaks and happy hours at a color conference, promotional materials were designed to coordinate with the colors and motifs in the event’s logo, creating an eye-catching and welcoming look. Designed for modern PR, these layouts work as posts for LinkedIn and Instagram, as well as Instagram Stories, with separate graphics for announcements sent through email newsletters. Because ISCC volunteers have varying skill levels with Adobe software, designs were delivered as Canva templates with an accompanying guide, allowing any volunteer to roll them out easily.

One Template, Many Posts Individual templates were created for each month so volunteers don’t have to recreate the custom speech bubbles. They only need to copy and paste the date.

Story Reminders Instagram Stories serve as a channel to remind those who haven’t registered, with a clear direct link to registration prominently displayed at the bottom.

Newsletter Friendly Three colorways were developed, allowing each template to take on multiple variations for flexibility.

Canva Handoff For client ease of use, Adobe assets were imported into Canva documents for drag-and-drop functionality.
